A New Digital Home: Why I Rebuilt My Website with Clients in Mind
Launching a new website has been a long time in the making for me, and I’m excited to finally share it with you.
This project was much more than a visual refresh—it was a thoughtful process with the help of digital marketing support, reflection, and many behind-the-scenes decisions about how I truly want to show up for my clients. I wanted my website to feel like me: calm, clear, approachable, and aligned with my brand through intentional colors, fonts, and layout.
Most importantly, I wanted it to clearly communicate how I can support people with something deeply meaningful—their memories.
On the new site, it’s easier to understand the different ways I help clients, including digital photo organization, album design, and converting former formats—printed photos, VHS tapes, and other legacy media—into current digital formats. These updated formats allow memories to be easily accessed, viewed, shared, and preserved by saving them on devices or cloud services.
As organizers, we know that clarity reduces overwhelm. That principle guided every decision I made.
The new website is designed to make the entire client experience more streamlined and simpler—from requesting a project or consultation, to reviewing agreements, to handling invoices. My hope is that this clarity creates ease not only for me, but for the people I work with. When logistics are simple, we can focus on what really matters: preserving stories, moments, and connections.
This launch represents an exciting step forward in my business. It reflects how my services have grown, how my brand has evolved, and how committed I am to making memory-keeping feel accessible rather than overwhelming.
If you’d like to explore the new site, learn more about my services, or see if we might be a good fit, I invite you to visit memoriesmadesimpledsm.com.
Thank you for being part of this journey—there’s more to come.
