A wheel runs smoothly when well-balanced. And through life's ups and downs, when do you actually get to take a pause to assess all the aspects of your life? In this workshop, you get to!
Through a series of questions, you will be guided to reflect on 8 - 10 aspects of your life as you know it right now (not 6 months ago, not when you were a teenager...right now.) Learn how having a 2D view of your life can help guide you in setting intentions to make your life more balanced.
By the end of this workshop, you'll have:
A graphical representation of your present-day balance of life.
Set intentions for the lowest aspect(s) of life so you can quickly find more balance.
Supplies needed:
Printer (for pre-work handout) or a notebook/journal
Favorite writing utensil
Colored pencils, crayons, or markers
Quiet environment
