Hi, my name is Leslie Sampson and I'm an energetic, motivated individual who enjoys helping others. I love building relationships where we can engage wholeheartedly with each other to resolve problems. I strive for a simple organized life and to help others in that direction. In my free time I enjoy a round of golf, spending time in my pergola, and a glass of wine with friends.

I hold a Masters of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree from Saint Ambrose University. Why did I go this route instead of the typical MBA you may be wondering? It was because the MOL focuses on people skills necessary to develop collaboration and lead organizational change. Leadership is a practice that doesn't require a position of authority. It takes people at all levels to drive change and leadership is inspiring others as we work together towards adaptive solutions.
