Friends! 2025 is here and the last few years have been a whirlwind to say the least. Have you been able to keep up? When it feels like life is coming in a little too hot, the good news is that members of the Professional Organizers Collective are here to knock out everything on your “to do” list. We have been gathering together with the goal of mastering the art of organization since 2006, and we can help you to not only get caught up, but to prepare for the next unexpected bump in the road. We help standardize systems of organization so that you can manage your time, space, and thoughts in an efficient manner, in ways that work for each individual family, group, or client, that are easy to maintain.

Many of our Organizers provide virtual services if you are able to do the job physically, but need some support or guidance in getting started. In addition to helping clients find the most effective organizing professional for their needs, we are here to help professional organizers and efficiency consultants by providing networking, education, resources, and client referrals. Whether you are starting a new business or looking to grow your business or existing network, the Collective is an affordable, sustainable, and supportive vessel for success.

Peer Support Zoom Jan 9th at 7pm CST: - January, April, July, and October. Every 3 months on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7pm central we gather via zoom. There is no agenda, just space for questions, feedback, and sharing from like-minded supportive peers. Pop in and introduce yourself! We can’t wait to learn more about you!

Winter Retreat in Galena Feb 28th-Mar 2nd: Each year we take time to relax, unwind, energize, and renew with each other. We work together to grow and exceed the vision of what it is we offer our clients. We understand that in order to excel personally and professionally, we need to hold space for support and creativity to flow freely. We are centrally located in the heart of the Midwest, meaning that organizer friends can come from every direction to network, learn, laugh, and shine with the finest in the field! We host our bi-annual member meetings on location from the retreats in addition to offering workshops and break-out sessions. We also make time for self-care. Some activities including journaling, nature walks, yoga, sound baths, and guided meditations. We provide meals and refreshments and we make plenty of time for socializing and building lifelong friendships!

Bi-Annual Meeting Feb 28th at 5:30pm : Members of the Collective meet bi-annually in person and via zoom to manage the business of the Collective. Meetings follow an agenda and allow for member input and suggestions. The upcoming meeting will be held on location from the Galena Retreat Home.

The Balance Wheel of Life - Saturday, March 1st at 10:30am: Offered Live from the Galena Retreat Home and Live Streamed via Zoom, join presenter Trish Raap for this exciting presentation. A wheel runs smoothly when well-balanced. And through life's ups and downs, when do you actually get to take a pause to assess all the aspects of your life? In this workshop, you get to!
