A Professional Organizer’s Favorite Kitchen Organizing Products
I love organizing kitchens! I love everything about it: taking everything out of every drawer and cabinet, working with my client to decide what to keep and what to let go of, then getting to work my magic as I find homes for everything that needs to live in the kitchen :)
I don’t think organizing is all about bins, but in the kitchen, there are some organizing products that I believe are worth the investment to really maximize your kitchen space. Below, I am sharing some of my favorites.
Large lazy susans for corner cabinets are a game changer!
You can easily spin these to access everything needed. I like these for oils and vinegars, baking items, and canned goods.

This pan organizer is my go-to for pans, platters, bake ware, and cutting boards! The dividers can be moved around to accommodate the exact size of what you are holding in place. This is a much better option than stacking a pile of glass baking dishes. I frequently use these in the cabinet above the refrigerator.
Here is the link to the one in the photo and is expandable, from 12” to 22”.
Here is the same type of pan organizer but it is fixed at 11.5”.
The bins on the top two shelves are Long Stak bins found at The Container Store. These bins have adjustable dividers and are 17.5” long. The Stak bins are the perfect bin to use in deep cabinets, like those in a pantry, under the sink, or the deep cabinets above a refrigerator.
Expandable bamboo drawer dividers help keep cooking utensils organized.
Appliance cord organizers are great! I have tried a couple different designs and these are my favorite. They come in black, grey and white.

The Container Store has a great line of kitchen organizing bins that are just under 11” deep and fit perfectly into upper kitchen cabinets. These come in widths of 4”, 6”, 8”, or 12”, making them versatile for so many storage options.
The Container Store makes these same bins in a depth of 14-½” and the same width options. These work great for open pantries with shelves that are 16” deep.
Other items that we generally have on hand are drawer organizers, 9” lazy susans, and 11” lazy susans.
I hope exploring these organizing products gives you some ideas for solutions that could help your kitchen function more smoothly! And if this overwhelms you, reach out to a professional organizer. We are here to bring order, efficiency, and functionality to your spaces!
